While terrified carbohydrate consumers are buying buckwheat and toilet paper, let's talk about who bought what on a low-carb diet. The keto coronavirus is a completely different story!

I do not share this panic and do not intend to stockpile 100 years ahead. But for the next two weeks I work from home, and I live in the region, so I do not plan to go to the city for shopping. I had to buy a little for future use. Now I will share my ideas. You must also share yours in the comments, on my Facebook, or here in the window below.

Pate

The pate is perfectly stored, for many with a shelf life of six months. So it is quite suitable in case of a zombie apocalypse. Now I really love the duck liver pate-mousse from VkusVilla.

Freezing

I don’t think the vegetables will end soon, but the season has not started yet. So I throw frozen vegetables into the freezer in bundles. But, by the way, there are a lot of different types of freezing now. With a properly working freezer, you can buy anything and freeze it. From butter to broth.

Olives

I love - I can not. I bought a lot of olives and a little olive oil, because I’m running out and I feel that it will soon become so robust on the euro exchange rate.

Butter and some more oil

Yes, two cans of ghee. A couple of packs of cream. There is also coconut and cocoa butter in the store. I use cocoa butter to make keto chocolate, as you remember, and I am pleased to have a strategic supply of it. Especially since I recently grabbed a stevia flavoring with a chocolate flavor. Great thing!

I took cocoa butter from Foodcity, but there is still at a good price here in Al Natural and on iherb there are at least two types of cocoa butter.

Chew on: nuts, algae, seeds

While carbohydrate lovers are nibbling on chips, I will be nibbling on seaweed in olive oil. Thank God, I have them and the child eats. And chips that look like seed and seaweed cookies. But you can't leave me alone with them. And nuts, of course. By the way, almost all nuts in our country are from other countries and, apparently, will soon rise in price along with the euro rate.

Canned food and pickles

Where in the crisis-virus and without them? Cod liver and pollock liver, sprats. More sun-dried tomatoes. Once I loved stew, but once I bought it unsuccessfully, I got poisoned, since then I can't even think about it, but I have no objections. Stew is a very good option.

Fat

Well, everything is clear. Sliced Belarusian bacon. I fry on it and so I eat.

Keto coronavrius: plans

I really liked the bone broth that was on the ayhreb, but it disappeared. So now I have looked after one new supplier. I will not advise yet - I will tell you when I will receive delivery and share my impressions. I have huge reserves of almond flour, I bake a little now. I also plan to replenish my omega-3 and vitamin D reserves. But now the whole ayherb seems to have just been taken out. There is no there that you want to buy.

Here you go. What have you bought for long gatherings at home? Shall we discuss it here or on Facebook?
