60 g cream / curd cheese (Philadelphia, ricotta, mascarpone, almetta, cremette, violetta)

2 pcs chicken egg

0.50 tsp cinnamon

1 teaspoon almond or coconut flour

1 pinch baking powder

Butter for greasing pans and pancakes

Mix all the ingredients with a mixer. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, grease with oil.

Fry pancakes - pour part of the mixture into the pan, wait for the bubbles to appear (a couple of minutes), turn over for another minute.

Grease the finished pancakes with butter.
